Where can I buy RUN WTF Running Apparel?
You can buy RUN WTF Running Apparel only on www.run-wtf.com. There will be some selected retailers soon who will have our products in their shop.
How can I reach you?
You can contact our customer service via our chat or by email (service@run-wtf.com).
We are available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:30. Please give us a little time to respond and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments with Paypal, Shopify Shop Pay and payment in advance.
Do you have a Size Guide?
Yes, we have a sizing chart. You can find the Size Guide with all information on the sizing of our products on our website.
Our clothes are all true to size.
If you are not sure about which size to choose, please feel free to contact us.
How do I best clean and care for functional clothing?
In order to enjoy your apparel for a long time, there are a few things to keep in mind. The exact care instructions for a product can be found on the sewn-in care label.

While we do our best to make sure our website reflects exactly what we have in stock as accurately as possible, please note that updates may be delayed during special events, such as end of season sale, online sample sale or any other promotional sales. Shipping and Returns
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note, that the cost for shipping may vary. All information on international shipment you can find within Shipping & Returns.
How much is the shipping?
In Germany, shipping is 5 €. Shipping to Europe costs €15.
Free international shipping is available for orders over 250 €.

Has my order been shipped?
Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information. Please check your spam folder.
Can I pick up an order from your headquater?
Yes, you can buy via the online shop and specify the pickup option during checkout.
Please note that we do not have a showroom with regular opening hours, so we will need to arrange a pickup appointment.
Will I have to pay for Returns?
Return and exchange shipping is free for online orders mailed back within 14 days of original purchase.

What are your Return Policies?
Returns must be placed within 14 days of delivery. To make a return please send an email to service@run-wtf.com with the following information:
1. Your Name
2. Order Number
3. Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange and reason why (wrong size, not as pictured, etc). The product(s) must be brand new with original tag(s), label(s) and packaging(s). If one item is defective please include the description and photos of the defect.
4. Please allow our Customer Service team 48 hours from the time you email us to get back to you with return label and/or refund for your purchase.

My order was not delivered in full. What can I do?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please contact us via email or the support chat. Please include your order number and the missing item. We will deliver the missing item immediately.
What if an item is faulty?
We're so sorry to hear your order didn’t arrived in perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately send us pictures or video showing the problem. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to service@run-wtf.com, be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with next steps.
What to do if I received the wrong size or item with my order?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please contact us via email or the support chat. Please include your order number and the missing item. We will deliver the missing item immediately.
When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds as soon as we receive the returned item. Please allow a few working days for the refund to be transferred. Refunds are always made to the payment method used to make the purchase. You will be notified by email when we have processed your refund request.
Are there Import Taxes on my order?
There are no import taxes on EU orders.
For orders outside the EU, import taxes apply according to the respective country regulations.
Sustainability and Social responsibility
Do you ship climate neutrally?
Yes, we ship with dhl Go Green. The Co2 emissions that we initiate through shipping are neutralised through compensation.
Upon request, you are welcome to view our semi-annual sustainability reports from dhl.
What materials are you using for packaging and shipping?
For all packaging materials, only post-consumer recycled materials are used. This goes for both plastic and paper. No primary fibres are used.
We encourage our customers to recycle the packaging materials in line with the respective country's regulations.
Do you produce fair?
Social fairness is an elementary part of our work. As a small company, we have a very simple approach here: We select our partners based on location. We know all the companies that supply us personally. We do not choose suppliers from third countries.
Therefore we work only with suppliers and manufacture in Portugal, Italy and Spain. We carefully choose our collaborators and make sure all our productions are made in a fair-trade environment
In this way, we believe we can ensure that all people involved in our value chain are treated fairly.
Why do you produce and source your products in Europe?
We have defined values that are incorporated into the way we design and manufacture.
It is important to us to have the minimum possible impact on CO2 emissions in the production of our products. Therefore, we choose the fabrics and accessories not only for their high quality, but also for their production location.
Next to the Far East, Portugal is a country with a high level of knowledge in garment manufacturing. That is why we have chosen Portugal as our production location. In addition to environmental standards, fair production conditions throughout the value chain are also essential for us.

Are your products vegan?
Yes, because we don't want to harm people or animals with our production. That is our philosophy. That is why we have decided to avoid natural fibres of animal origin. Even muelsing-free wool is no guarantee of animal-friendliness for us. After all, scandals are uncovered time and again, even in so-called "animal-friendly" production facilities. Although wool types such as merino wool have good properties for functional clothing, we are nevertheless convinced that they should not be used.
Instead, we use high quality recycled synthetic fibres when selecting our fabrics. This involves recycling fabric waste that has already been used and disposed of. We know that the use of synthetic fibres - including recycled synthetic fibres - is not entirely harmless from an environmental point of view. But for us, this is the right way to produce at this time. There are also some manufacturers of natural-based materials. However, these do not convince us in terms of functionality and durability.
