At RUN WTF we offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders over 250€. Free returns and exchanges within 14 days starting with the day of delivery. 

SHIPPING TIME

The shipping time usually takes 3-7 days from the day of order. 

FREE SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 250€. 

  • Germany: 5€
  • Europe (exept. Switzerland, GB): 15€
  • Worldwide: 25€

PICK UP SERVICE 

We offer free pick up service including an oatmilk Cappuccino for free. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return and exchange shipping is free for online orders mailed back within 14 days starting with the day of delivery. In order to proceed smoothly, please read our returns and exchanges policy as follows:

Please return only items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged including the original and undamaged packaging.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of RUN WTF. We reserve the right to adjust the refund amount at our discretion for products that are not returned in the requested condition. Please read above.

Refunds may be issued in the original form of payment (up to 14 days).

Returns declared after the 14-day period will only be accepted as a gesture of goodwill. 

HOW TO RETURN

Returns and exchanges must be notified in writing by email to hello@run-wtf.com . Including your Full Name and Order Number. If you are unable to find the Order Number please write your full address.

In order to proceed your application our customer service needs following information as well:

  • Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange
  • Please state the reason (too small, not as pictured, don't like etc).

In case of any complaint, please explain the reason for the complaint and send a photo. We will provide you with a shipping label and mailing instructions within 48 hours. You'll receive an email when we've received your return and it's being processed.

Alternatively, return requests can be applied directly with the customer account.
